At Little Prodigies it is our endeavour to give the best to the children who come to us. When we select our team we pay special attention to the qualification, qualities and general attitude of our teachers.

AJETT OBBEROII- FOUNDER DIRECTOR :
A Post- Graduate in Hotel Management from THE OBEROI SCHOOL OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, New Delhi, Mr Obberoii not only worked with the Hotel Group for many years thereafter as Manager of various deptts, but subsequently, had a very impressive career - growth with some of the best hotel groups & establishments of international repute in India, with a stint overseas as well.
It was his passion for grooming & developing people, both personally & professionally, (and setting -up, managing, upgrading & turning around hospitality projects), that brought the PROVIDENCE EDUCATION & HOSPITALITY GROUP (of which The LITTLE PRODIGIES WORLD PRESCHOOL is a part) into existence in 2016, with the Mantra "Catch them Young"...
Leading the Team and an ardent Mentor to all Teachers & the Support staff , Mr. Obberoii is a constant source of motivation & a true guide always.
Though being firm on quality parameters unrelentingly, he has consistently exhibited his virtues of compassion & empathy in all his dealings with the staff at all levels.
Being extremely thorough in researching and evaluating curricula, teaching procedures and educational resources within the education system, and also a firm believer in adopting the latest innovations, he is personally involved in all aspects of educational programs at Little Prodigies, championing & encouraging teachers to adopt & keep innovating on academic content & delivery systems always..
His attention to detail is second to none and he sets the highest standards of excellence in operating systems and educational programs.
He is well known both in educational institutions & the hospitality/travel industry, for his pasion for quality, ethics & commitment, and has networked with various schools & educational institutes in our vicinity.
An able administrator, managing the most complex of situations in a calm and composed manner, he is adept at managing risk, maintaining accountability, supporting a positive public image and cultivating support within the community.

ASHWINI KULURKAR- ACADEMIC COORDINATOR :
A Law Graduate with a PG in HRM, and a key member of the Team since the last 3 + years, she is very dedicated, and a favourite amongst children, mentoring them in their academic, sporting and personality development.
"Endowed with a positive attitude and good listening , learning , communication & leadership abilities, she works diligently hand-in-hand with the Team to facilitate a safe & positive environment, and a holistic & enviable development of students."

NAINA NIGAM -SENIOR TEACHER :

A core academician with rich experience of teaching , Naina is proactive, committed, a self-motivated person & a great believer in team- work.
Her firm conviction is that "Every child has the potential to achieve something exceptional."

RUPA DEY MUKHERJEE - SENIOR TEACHER :
An Academic whose work reflects teaching "going beyond the Classroom", Rupa also prepares children for the road ahead in life.

A kind & caring teacher, she always maintains a fun and safe educational environment for her students, which they simply love.

YOGINI BANDEKAR - TEACHER : A young and upcoming academician, pursuing her Engineering studies as well, Yogini believes that a strong collaboration between the School, family & teachers working cohesively, is necessary to ensure the metamorphosis of students into accomplished, contented and complete human beings, equipped with all the necessary 21st Century skills.
Her good painting & craft skills are also a definite asset to the School.

MUSKAAN AZIZ KHAN - ASST TEACHER :
The youngest in the Team, but always open to discussions, guidance and suggestions, in developing her own trademark style, she is very dedicated, full of perseverance, patience & passion towards her duties, inspiring children's learning with her creativity & artwork.

SALONI KALRA - COUNSELLOR / OFFICE ADMIN :
Well-planned execution, good motivator, great team player, and strong on empathy & compassion...are Saloni's hallmark characteristics !!
Always armed with a highly contagious smile, she has solutions to all queries, whether internal or from parents.

FAREEN TAHIR ANSARI -DAY-CARE SUPERVISOR :
Having spent over two years at the School, and having developed a thorough knowledge of children's growing development needs, Fareen is proficient in teaching children, and planning and executing Preschool activities for them. She focuses specially on gently instilling good personal hygiene & habits in kids.
