The LITTLE PRODIGIES WORLD PRESCHOOL OPERATES THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL CLASSES & SERVICES :
- PRE-SCHOOL/PLAY SCHOOL : Playgroup/Nursery/LKG/UKG.
- OPEN/PVT. SCHOOLING (started in 2020/21 session) : 1st to 7th std, with CBSE & ICSE Syllabus.
- DAY- CARE SERVICES.
- TUITION CLASSES : 1st to 10th std/All Boards/All subjects.
- A Separate INDEPENDENT SECTION for ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSES - for ALL AGE-GROUPS, from kids of 6 yrs onwards. (STARTING SOON)
With an "ALL-LADIES" TEAM running the various activities as above , we keep having vacancies coming up intermittently, on account of teachers having to deal with family concerns & responsibilities or husbands transfers/relocation, etc.
>As such, WE WELCOME CANDIDATES APPLYING TO US with their Bio-Datas , interview them & if short-listed/selected for a certain position, then place them in our Panel as "suitable" candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
A.TEACHERS / ASST. TEACHERS (Pre-School / Primary & Middle School classes/ Day-Care)

1) QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY TRAITS DESIRED
- FEMALE GRADUATES ONLY to apply for these positions.
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH is a MUST !!
- FOR PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES :Though it would be an added advantage, it is NOT ESSENTIAL to have either a Certificate in Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE), OR Teacher's Training, OR even a D.Ed / B.Ed. Degree.
- However, FOR PRIMARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSES, candidates need to have the requisite Academic Qualifications as laid down by the Govt Regulatory Bodies from time to time.
- Apart from being PRESENTABLE, the suitable candidate should have IMMENSE PATIENCE, ENTHUSIASM, AGILITY, PRESENCE OF MIND, CREATIVITY, and above all... MOTHERLY LOVE FOR CHILDREN .
- She MUST understand & relate to the needs of both individual children & their parents.
- Should have at the least, BASIC WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS, adequate to handle routine Class operational matters.
2) EXPERIENCE :

- FOR PRESCHOOL , Subject to the above Qualitative Criteria being met , experience of having worked in similar job-profiles in reputed quality schools, would be an ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- FOR PRIMARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL / TUITION CLASSES , a MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF ABOUT 2-3 YEARS in reputed Quality Schools/Institutes is ESSENTIAL , along with a thorough knowledge of the Curriculum & a good grasp on all class-related subjects.

B. ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHER (SUBJECT SPECIALIST) :

- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, NATURALLY, IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE !!!
- Candidates should have CREDIBLE ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, like TEFL/TESOL/ BRITISH COUNCIL / QUALIFIED TRAINER CERTIFICATION FOR PROGRAMS LIKE IELTS & TOEFL, etc.
- BE THOROUGH IN THE NUANCES OF "EFFECTIVE" ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING.
- Should have ORGANISATIONAL ABILITIES TO SET UP & HEAD THIS NEWLY PROPOSED ENGLISH LANGUAGES CELL.
- Apart from being PRESENTABLE, the suitable candidate should have PATIENCE, ENTHUSIASM, & BE QUALITY-DRIVEN.
- Should have WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS , so as to be able to handle routine Class operational matters..
2) EXPERIENCE :

Experience of having worked in a similar position in REPUTED ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING INSTITUTES/SCHOOLS/COLLEGES for a MINIMUM OF 3-4 YEARS is IMPORTANT.
*FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE, WORKING AS A "PARTNER" IN THIS ENGLISH COURSES CELL , IS A STRONG POSSIBILITY TOO.

C. ADMISSIONS COUNSELLOR / OFFICE ADMIN.:
